By booking an Open Studio session with Dreamscape, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Payment + No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Your payment reserves a limited Open Studio appointment specifically for you, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, illness, changes of plans, or any other circumstance.

Rescheduling
Your session may be rescheduled one (1) time only.

The rescheduled session must take place on another available Dreamscape Open Studio date within two (2) weeks of your original session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If you are unable to attend your rescheduled session, cannot attend an available Open Studio date within that two-week period, or need to reschedule more than once, your payment will be forfeited and a new session must be booked.

Late Arrivals
Open Studio sessions run on a set schedule. Arriving late does not extend your reserved session time. Your session will still end at its originally scheduled time.

Image Usage + Marketing Release
By booking and participating in an Open Studio session, Dreamscape permission to photograph and/or record you and to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share photographs and video captured during your session for Dreamscape's portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes.

This permission is granted without additional compensation and applies to both digital and printed marketing materials.

Copyright + Photographer Credit
All photographs created during your session remain the copyrighted work and intellectual property of Made by Dreamscape.

You are granted permission to use your delivered images for your personal brand, business, website, social media, and other self-promotional purposes.

When sharing Dreamscape photography on social media, photographer credit and a tag to Sami Hobbs are required wherever the platform allows tagging or attribution. Images may not be sold, licensed to third parties, substantially altered through AI or other editing software, or presented as the work of another photographer or creator.

Assumption of Risk + Release of Liability
By participating in your session, you acknowledge that photography sessions may involve ordinary risks associated with posing, movement, furniture, equipment, props, studio spaces, and other activities related to the session.
You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating and agree to release and hold harmless Made by Dreamscape, its owner, contractors, representatives, and the property owner from claims arising from injury, loss, or damage occurring in connection with your participation in the session, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Personal Property
You are responsible for your own clothing, accessories, equipment, and other personal belongings brought to the studio. Dreamscape is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Agreement
By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Open Studio Session Terms & Conditions.
